Principle:
The principle of the BAS-10S Semi-auto Chemistry Analyzer mainly uses the Beer-Lambert Law to mix the reagent with the serum sample of the patient to be tested in a certain ratio, and the mixed solution is incubated in a cuvette at a certain temperature, and it continuously measures the absorption. Finally, the concentration or time of the measured substance is calculated automatically based on the absorbance value.
