ABEI Labeling Technology:
The MAGLUMI 800 utilizes ABEI, a non-enzyme small molecule label known for its superior stability in both acidic and alkaline solutions. Unlike traditional enzyme labels that are susceptible to storage conditions, ABEI ensures consistent performance. The rapid chemical reaction of ABEI with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) completes within just 3 seconds, enhancing the efficiency of your tests.
Magnetic Microbeads Separation Technology:
With the innovative magnetic microbeads separation technology, the MAGLUMI 800 significantly shortens reaction times by enlarging the interaction area between antigens and antibodies. This technology not only enhances sensitivity by capturing antigens and antibodies more effectively but also reduces discrepancies within and between assays by thoroughly mixing reagents in a liquid separation platform.
