GHM-06 Bacterial Turbidimeter
GHM-06 Bacterial Turbidimeter
It is used to measure the optical density of microbial suspension, and determine the inoculation concentration of microorganisms according to McFarland's turbidity. It is used together with the standard turbidimetric tube.
Inspection Principle:
The basic principle of this instrument is that after the measuring device is placed in the sample, the light beam emitted by the light source forms scattered light when it encounters bacterial particles, which is received by the photosensitive element, and then amplified by the circuit and processed by the single-chip microcomputer to display the measured Maxwell. Turbidity value. The MT-06 controls the rotation of the sample to be tested by a motor, and automatically performs turbidity detection every time it rotates. Then, the McFarland turbidity of the sample to be tested is obtained by calculating the regression value.
Features:
1. Standard bacterial liquid concentration adjustment;
2. Small and portable, wide measurement range (0~4MCF);
3. Simple operation, accurate measurement;
4. Automatic calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the results;
